Seven ways to work together, from samples to long-term manufacturing
Fisfu offers seven ways to work together: artwork-based and sample-based customization, OEM labelling, ODM development, new product sampling, stock wholesale and dropshipping, export support and long-term manufacturing with factory audits.

OEM manufacturing
Audience：Household-cleaning brands, supermarket private labels and cross-border e-commerce brands selling under their own name
Duration：Reference lead time: production is scheduled by order volume once the sample is confirmed; typically 15-25 days for regular bulk orders, subject to order confirmation
Production follows the customer's brand standard, material requirements and packaging specification, with end-to-end OEM manufacturing. The customer supplies brand information, product specification and quality requirements; Fisfu handles everything from raw material and foaming/laminating through cutting and forming to finished-goods inspection and packing, so the product can go straight into the customer's channel.

ODM product development
Audience：Online sellers, retail chains and brand owners who want to launch fast and need differentiated styles without an in-house design team
Duration：Reference lead time: 7-15 days for new-product development and sampling, 3-7 days for revisions, then volume production by order volume
Fisfu employs more than 100 experienced technicians with over 20 years of industry know-how and regularly develops new products for customers to select and adapt. Starting from our five series (SS sponge scouring pads, SN melamine nano sponges, SC car-wash and bath sponges, SE abrasive pads, SF temperature-sensing sponges) we recombine form, density, colour, composite structure and packaging to create differentiated styles.

Drawing- and sample-based customization
Audience：Buyers who already hold artwork, a sample or a competitor product and want a 1:1 replica or a refined version
Duration：Reference lead time: sampling plan and quotation within 3-5 working days of receiving artwork or sample, sample dispatched in 5-10 days
Simply provide artwork, a physical sample or a photo of a competitor product, and we replicate it across form, size, thickness, density, colour and packaging. As a 100% source factory with no middlemen, sampling and volume production run on the same line, ensuring the mass product matches the approved sample.

Duration：Reference lead time: 3-5 days for standard-item samples, 7-15 days for newly developed samples, and 7-15 days for a small pilot run
Our own lines and machines allow flexible scheduling, so standard-item samples can be ready in 3-5 days. With 2,000+ m2 of ready stock on core products, regular specifications can be sampled straight from stock and shipped the same day at best. Ideal for trade-show selection, market validation and channel trial sales.

Duration：Reference lead time: regular specifications ship from stock in 1-3 days; customized items are scheduled after sample approval, typically 7-15 days
We remove the high MOQ barrier of traditional factories: regular specifications can be taken in small quantities with on-demand replenishment, and customized items are available at a comparatively low MOQ for a trial. You avoid tying up cash in inventory, validate your channel and price band with a small batch, then scale up once the model works.

Duration：Reference lead time: stock orders dispatched in 1-3 days; dropship orders go out the same or next day in order sequence
Core products carry over 2,000 m2 of ready stock, so regular specifications can be ordered and shipped without waiting for production. Dropship and blind-shipping are supported, letting online sellers scale quickly without building inventory and letting wholesale stalls replenish in small, frequent batches.

How to choose the right way to work with us
Two questions drive the choice: whether you need your own brand, and the scale you expect to purchase. Online sellers without a brand who simply want to test the market should start with ready-stock wholesale and dropshipping, plus low-MOQ customization. Customers who already have a brand identity and need consistent packaging, labels and hangtags should use OEM manufacturing. Those without artwork of their own who want to launch new items quickly should choose drawing- or sample-based customization, ODM development or rapid sampling. Wholesalers and cross-border companies with steady volume and a long-term supply need should set up an export and long-term manufacturing framework. These models can run in parallel, and we will propose a combination based on your product type, target market and actual stage.
