How we work with four types of channel, and what it delivers
Fisfu works with online sellers, private-label brands, offline retail channels and overseas buyers, with products shipped to Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.
-

Italian household-cleaning brand: long-term sourcing of laminated scouring pads
The customer is an Italian household-cleaning brand selling through offline retail and online platforms, and needs a long-term stable supply of laminated sponge scouring pads. Fisfu customized product colours and carded packaging to their VI system and supplied REACH and RoHS reports to meet EU compliance. Orders ship by full container in scheduled batches across the year, with stock built ahead of peak seasons.
Result:A stable partnership with an annual purchase volume of USD 80,000. Products pass EU REACH and RoHS testing, reorders continue, and there have been no returns caused by compliance issues.
-

Brazilian retail supplier: full-container imports of multicolour sponge pads
The customer supplies Brazilian supermarkets and needed multicolour, multi-spec sponge pad sets to enrich shelf display. Fisfu offered a mixed-colour, mixed-spec set solution in both polybag and carded packaging, and adjusted printed packaging content to Brazilian labelling requirements to speed up distribution.
Result:Annual purchase volume of USD 90,000. The mixed-colour set solution helped the customer broaden shelf range and raise average order value, with steady replenishment frequency.
-

Middle East wholesaler: long-term bulk OEM of abrasive scouring pads
The customer wholesales hardware, building materials and household goods in the Middle East and sets a high bar for the wear resistance and cleaning power of abrasive and sanded scouring pads. Fisfu replicated the double-sided grit structure from their sample, adjusted grit size and sponge density, and shipped in neutral packaging in batches to match local warehousing and distribution cycles.
Result:Annual purchase volume of USD 120,000 — the largest among our current customers. The replicated product performs consistently on wear resistance, and the customer has stayed with us long term.
-

Greek retail chain: private-label nano sponges and pads on shelf
The customer is a Greek supermarket chain needing private-label nano sponges and sponge pads, with strict requirements on packaging specification and label compliance. Fisfu provided OEM manufacturing, produced carded backing cards and hangtags to their VI, and supplied batch QC reports plus REACH / RoHS test reports for their compliance team to review before shipment.
Result:Annual purchase volume of USD 60,000. The private-label products went on shelf after passing compliance review, and the customer has extended the range from nano sponges to sponge scouring pads.
-

African daily-goods wholesaler: frequent small-batch replenishment of novelty sponges
The customer wholesales daily goods in Africa, focusing on affordable, brightly coloured cleaning and bath products. Fisfu supplied a mixed-batch solution of novelty bath sponges, multicolour sponges and regular scouring pads, supporting frequent small-batch replenishment and using existing stock to respond fast and reduce the customer's capital tie-up.
Result:Annual purchase volume of USD 50,000. The small-batch, high-frequency model runs smoothly, capital pressure is markedly lower and order frequency has risen quarter on quarter.
-

Domestic online seller: scaling fast with ready-stock dropshipping
The customer sells household cleaning products on Taobao, Pinduoduo and Douyin on a dropshipping basis without holding inventory. Fisfu keeps long-term stock of the cup-brush pads, nano sponges and multicolour sponge pads they selected, ships blind directly from the factory after each order, and provides product photos and specification sheets for easy listing.
Result:The customer scaled steadily without holding inventory, with regular specifications shipping in 1-3 days and fast replenishment. The partnership continues and the product line keeps expanding with platform trends.
How did these customers find us?
The overseas customers in these cases came mainly through our 1688 factory store and trade shows, with cooperation progressing from sample approval to a small trial order and then to stable long-term bulk supply. Domestic e-commerce customers mostly use dropshipping, with the factory shipping blind on their behalf. The annual purchase volumes quoted are based on actual order records, and customer names are used with their consent, with one customer anonymised at their own request. To discuss cooperation details closer to your own channel, submit a request on the contact page and we will explain practical approaches and price ranges for your situation.
